Data we collect

  • Account: email address, authentication codes, session cookies, role, and suspension/account status. Your account email is the account identifier and cannot currently be changed through the dashboard. To request a correction, email aloymascot117@gmail.com.
  • Signup: referral codes when present, and signup IP address used for abuse controls.
  • Billing: Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, invoice records, and payment status. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored in the SeltechAI application database.
  • Workspaces: workspace name, subdomain, status, operational metadata, and the n8n workflow data stored in that workspace database and volume.
  • Shop: purchase records and download entitlements for digital products.
  • Support: name, email, subject, message, optional company, and topic from the contact form.
  • Usage/admin: CPU, memory, and storage snapshots used in operations.
  • Logs: IP address where present, request paths, and related technical logs.

How we use data

  • To create and authenticate your account with one-time passcodes
  • To provision, start, stop, and update workspaces
  • To bill through Stripe and send transactional email (login codes, billing, workspace status)
  • To prevent abuse (rate limits, signup IP policy, contact-form spam controls)
  • To operate the shop and deliver files you purchased
  • To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived attribution cookie if you arrive with a referral parameter. Public pages currently load a TikTok advertising pixel for advertising measurement. You can use browser controls to limit advertising cookies.

Processors

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription/billing management, including the customer billing portal
  • Brevo — transactional and outbound email (login codes, billing notices, workspace notices, and contact-form delivery to us)
  • Contabo — hosting and infrastructure for the application and workspace containers
  • TikTok — advertising measurement on public pages where the pixel is loaded

International data transfers

SeltechAI uses service providers that may process personal data in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists and as needed for legitimate operational, security, billing, dispute, and legal purposes. Billing records are retained as required for financial, accounting, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-related purposes. Workspace data remains until the workspace is deleted or the account is removed. Account deletion requests are handled manually through support at aloymascot117@gmail.com. Some copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or processor systems where legally or operationally necessary. Contact submissions are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to your personal data, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of your personal data. You may also have additional rights under applicable local privacy laws.

Children

SeltechAI is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where an age threshold is required by the laws that apply to you, we follow that requirement.
