Terms of Service

These terms govern access to SeltechAI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

SeltechAI provides managed, isolated n8n workspaces, a customer dashboard, paid subscriptions billed through Stripe, a short trial on signup, and a shop for digital automation products. n8n is third-party software. SeltechAI is not affiliated with n8n GmbH.

Eligibility and accounts

You sign in with an email address and a one-time passcode. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to that inbox. Provide accurate information. Do not create accounts to abuse trials, payments, or other users.

Subscriptions, trials, and payment

• Public paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe (Starter, Builder, and Agency). A Founder Promo may apply when that campaign is active.
• New accounts may receive a short free trial. When the trial ends, workspaces are paused until you subscribe.
• You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal in the dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the period already paid when cancellation is set to take effect at period end.
• Failed or past-due payments can pause workspaces. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location and the payment processor’s tax settings.

Workspaces and your content

Each workspace is an isolated n8n environment. You own the workflows, credentials, and data you put in it. You are responsible for how those automations are used, including third-party APIs and personal data you process. We may suspend a workspace or account that threatens the platform, other customers, or the law.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, scan, or overload the service or other customers.
• Do not use workspaces for malware, fraud, unlawful bulk messaging, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to break isolation, bypass plan limits, or interfere with the control plane except as allowed by law.

Availability and maintenance

Workspaces depend on hosting, Docker, networking, and n8n. We work to keep the service running, including planned maintenance and n8n version updates, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. During platform updates, workspace create and start may be temporarily locked.

Shop

Digital products in the shop are licensed for your use after payment. Delivery is through the download area. Unless a listing says otherwise, purchases are for the files as provided and are not a custom build.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts for unpaid invoices, abuse, or risk to the platform. Deleting a workspace removes that environment. Account deletion is not self-service in the dashboard. To request deletion of your SeltechAI account, contact us at aloymascot117@gmail.com. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or processor systems where needed.

Intellectual property

The SeltechAI website, dashboard, and branding belong to the operator. Your workflows remain yours. Third-party software, including n8n, remains under its own licenses.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. Automation can fail, and you should not rely on it as the sole control for safety-critical processes. To the extent permitted by the laws that apply to you, SeltechAI is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version.
